IFIB 2023 goes to Florence. From 27 to 29 September the capital of the Renaissance will be the capital of global circular bioeconomy

Florence, Italy, will be the capital of circular bioeconomy from 27 to 29 September. The International Forum on Industrial Biotechnology and Bioeconomy (IFIB) will be held in this beautiful city this year at the Innovation Center of Fondazione CR Firence.

With more than 250 delegates in attendance from approximately 25 different countries from all around the world, also thanks to a partnership with the Italian Trade Agency, the conference truly succeeds one more time in its ambitions aim to be one of the leading bioeconomy event at global level.

During the forum, business and policy leaders will share their insights on strengthening the biobased value chain in order to produce smarter, more sustainable products, processes to create new jobs and generate economic growth. To animate the forum will be many presentations divided into different sessions and three round tables focused on Fashion and textiles, Value chains, Biocities and Bioregions and How to measure the bioeconomy.
